Alliance Program
Steps:
1. Take a tour -
Call (970) 430-7322

2. Read Alliance Parent Handbook and Immunization Policy

3. Fill out
​
4. Drop off completed paperwork to 703 E. Prospect Rd. or scan and email it to info@youngpeopleslc.com
​
5. Submit your $100 registration fee via check or call/come by/go online to pay with a credit card 24 hours after you have submitted your paperwork.
​
6. After we have reviewed your paperwork, we will give you a call or email with a start date and any further instructions for enrollment. At this time, we will schedule a "visiting day" or a transition plan if appropriate.
​
7. Attend your first day! On your first day, arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early to be sure you can get all your questions answered and not feel rushed into drop off.

*If you are utilizing the CCAP program or have a child with medical needs or medications to be given at school, please be sure you have spoken with us in person about additional steps.
